We provide free shipping! please read below for more information.
SECTION 1 - Order Processing Time
Since many of our products, like our engraved slate coasters, are handmade and customized in our Maui studio, we require time to craft your order.
Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 5–8 business days.
Custom Orders: Personalized or large orders may require up to 10–15 business days for processing.
(Please note: Processing time is separate from shipping time.)
SECTION 2 - Shipping Methods and Delivery
In order to provide free shipping we use our standard shipping of 5-8 business days
We use reliable carriers such as UPS and USPS, and you will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
Customs and Import Duties: Please note that for international orders the recipient is responsible for all customs, duties, taxes, and brokerage fees, which are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These fees are collected by the destination country's government and are the buyer's responsibility upon delivery.
Delivery time for International shipping times vary greatly by destination and customs processing.
SECTION 3 - Responsibility and Delays
Risk of Loss: Once your order is transferred to the shipping carrier, the risk of loss and title for the items passes to you, the customer.
Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs processing, or events outside our control (e.g., severe weather). Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Return and Refund Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
SECTION 4 - Eligibility for a Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all the following conditions:
It must be in the same condition that you received it (unworn or unused).
It must be in its original packaging.
You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Your item must not be a custom design.
SECTION 5 - Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned:
Custom/Personalized Products: All custom, personalized, or made-to-order items are final sale and non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Final Sale: We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
SECTION 6 - Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
SECTION 7 - How to Start a Return

Unauthorized return items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
To help keep our free shipping available, all returns and exchanges are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
SECTION 8 - Refunds and Fees
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved.
Refund Deduction: If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method minus a 20% restocking fee.
Processing: Refunds are processed within 14 business days. Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
